Shipping Policy

Standard shipping domestic orders are shipped through USPS.

Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders $100+. A flat rate of $8 will be charged for all shipping orders under $100.

Delivery time is approximately 3-7 business days after the day the order leaves our boutique.

Processing times for shipping orders are approximately 2-4 business days from the day orders are placed. During any sale promotion, this processing time is 5-7 business days.

 

Return Policy

Please private message us on Facebook to let us know you would like to return an item(s).

Items can only be returned with all tags still attached for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase or receiving the item(s).

All item(s) purchased after 7 days cannot be returned.

Items must be in original condition. Any item(s) that smell of smoke, have stains, pet hair, or have been worn, washed, or damaged by a customer will not be accepted for return.

All sale items, food/drink items, and jewelry purchases cannot be returned.

Any items being shipped back for exchange will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Kimberly Lane Boutique will only offer FREE SHIPPING on all initial orders over $100+. Any items that need to be shipped for exchange will be charged shipping.

If your return is over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
